Accommodation:  Villa, 3 double bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom ( sleeps 8 ) all with en-suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 turkish spa,  kitchen, living room, dining room,  swimming pool, garden, parking area.

Villa Calliope has been recently restructured and equipped with all the comfort.  This property has an amazing view over the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri, Ischia and Procida. The villa is divided on two floors. The main entrance is situated in front of the sea and accesses directly into the spacious living room with French doors, furnished with fireplace, and satellite LCD TV. On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all the modern electrical appliances and a storeroom.On the same floor, to have more relaxing stay at Villa Calliope, you found the spa area accessorized whit Turkish bath, small hydro massage swimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy and a service bathroom. There is an internal staircase that leads to the second floor. On this floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom each with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Moreover, on the ground floor there is an extra bathroom. The entire property provides air conditioning and there is access to the swimming pool from both floors. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled. The rooms  are furnished with all the conforts such as air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV with satellite channels, terrace with view, radio alarm clock; they are complete with a splendid bathroom and large shower, bathrobe and hairdryer. The villa is surrounded by a vast park and the external pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an icemaker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower. Finally to make even more lovely Villa  Calliope there are the decorations with fine Vietri ceramics, a famous town on the Amalfi Coast.

Position:

Villa Calliope is located in the upper part of Sant'Agata,  exactly in the locality of “The Tore”, a village in the municipality of Massa Lubrense that is part of the Sorrento Peninsula.In fact,  from the Villa is possible to reach Sorrento  in about 15 minutes by car, and once here a lots of the places of the Gulf of Naples,  famous for their historical and cultural repertoire  such as Pompeii and Herculaneum, or always in Sorrento you will find links to the nearby islands of Capri , Ischia and Procida.The Villa is located a short distance from beautiful beaches of the Peninsula such as the beach of Nerano, Crapolla, Marciano or Puolo.From the villa you can reach in about 20 minute also  the Amalfi Coast, but it is better to procure a car to facilitate displacements , since near the Villa there are no bus stops

Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas. Each are considerate properties self-catering.

All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements. 

A mandatory cleaning fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Midweek maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final cleaning costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed. 

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. , toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.
