Villa Infinity is a modern and luxury Villa located above Marina del Cantone Bay. The Villa is built on 3 levels. Entering the villa you will find a very spacious dining room with a table for 20 guests and a living room furnished with a fireplace, sofas and a full screen satellite TV. In the kitchen you will find all the comforts you may need such as  icemaker, dishwasher, large oven, fridge as well as a cooking area  complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware. Through 12 wooden steps you will have access to the second floor where  you will find 3 double bedrooms with terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. One of the tree bathroom offers also a whirlpool tube, instead each bedroom is furnished with walk-in closet, flat screen TV, frigobar. Finally through other 10 steps you can reach the third floor composed by 2 comfortable double bedrooms with panoramic terrace, each one with its own en suite bathroom equipped with  shower and phon .There is a shared frigobar for these two rooms. At the villa there is also a laundry at guest disposal with iron, iron board, washing machine and drying machine. The outdoor area is presented with a courtyard and parking for two cars, gardens and to complete and make perfect Villa Infinity there is the solarium area next to which is the large swimming pool. Outside the villa, you can find other cars spaces.

Position:

The villa is situated in Marina del Cantone close by the small village of Nerano in the municipality of Massa Lubrense that takes part of Sorrento Coast. Marina del Cantone is a pretty bay with a pebble beach and is famous for its beauty and for the local fish restaurants on the beach. The villa is in a perfect position for the surrounding beaches of Recommone and Marina del Cantone, and is only a 30 minute car ride away from the world famous resort of Sorrento. The road that leads to Villa Infinity and Marina del Cantone winds down through the picturesque villages of Termini and Nerano which are surrounded by olive and lemon groves and have spectacular views. The unusual rock formation to the right of the bay (known as the 3 pizzi) is very unusual and perched on the top of Mount Costanzo is a small white chapel. At Marina del Cantone beach, during the summer, there are sun beds and umbrellas which can be hired, as well as pedal boats, canoes and small boats. Facing the Gulf of Salerno, very close to Punta Campanella,in the Marine Protected Area of the same name, the Villa is located in a private residential park just a few hundred meters from the ancient fishing village of Marina del Cantone. The beautiful gravel beach of Marina del Cantone, equipped with excellent seaside facilities and places to eat, can be reached along a pedestrian path and a stairway of about 80 steps, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. In Marina del Cantone you will find little food shops and restaurants. There is a small supermarket 1.5 km away in Nerano, and the beach is about 30 meters away. Right along the coastline there are inlets and little coves with crystal-clear waters, which have remained unspoilt partly thanks to how difficult they are to reach. Most of them are accessible only by feet, which helps to keep them as nature intended. Just a few hundred metres away, a steep but short climb leads up to the top of Monte San Costanzo, at an altitude of 448 metres, from which there are breathtaking views of the greenery, the rocks, the sun and the sea of the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Villa Infinity is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing seaside holiday, and is also a perfect base from which to explore and get to know the marvelous Sorrento Peninsula and the romantic Amalfi Coast.

Type of accomodation

Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas. Each are considerate properties self-catering.

All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements. 

A mandatory cleaning fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Midweek maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final cleaning costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed. 

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. , toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.
