Villa Adeline

Villa Adeline has 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 sofà beds (sleeps 8+2) , 3 bathrooms,kitchen, sitting/dining room, terrace with swimming pool with sea view. The Villa is composed of two levels.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms ( one with ensuite bathroom and a walk-in cabinet ), a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom for the other 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the Sea ( via slining windows).  

The floors are colored and hand painted in ceramics.  

Through the stairs you can go down to the ground floor where there is a large lounge-dining room, a room with TV, next to the sitting room there Is a spare room with two sofà beds and a splendid bathroom totally hand-painted with marine scenes with a large shower, kitchen and laundry room. No Air-conditioning on the ground floor only fan. The kitchen has a wood stove and all facilities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, american coffee machine etc.).  

Outside there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds, overlooking the bay of Salerno and the Marina of Cantone. The villa has two entrances, one pedestrian and two parking spaces for two small Cars ( fiat style ) There is another independent apartment above the Villa ( third last floor ) where neighbours live  

Position: The Villa is located in Torca at a short distance from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi ( 5min via car or bus ) which has been a popular holiday choice for many years with holiday makers wishing to visit the many tourist destinations in the area, such as Positano and Amalfi, Pompei and Herculaneum, and Sorrento and the islands of Capri and Ischia, just to name a few. Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, is situated on the hillside above Sorrento, just 20 minutes drive away from the famous resort, and offers excellent local olive oil and wines, a large variety of locally grown fruit and vegetables and the opportunity to experience the authentic Italian village atmosphere during your holiday, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds.  

Facilities: - Air conditioning only on First floor in the bedrooms not ground floor where sitting/dining room and kitchen are - Internet and Wi-fi access - Tv - Car parking ( two small Cars )  

Type of accomodation : Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas.  

Each are considerate properties self-catering. All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements.  

A mandatory cleaning fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Midweek maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final cleaning costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed.  

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. , toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.  

Other Info: - The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. CHECK-IN is between 15.30p.m and 21.00p.m and CHECK-OUT is before 10.00a.m. In the event of arriving after 9:00pm there will be a late arrival fee of € 50 to be paid on arrival. - Cleaning fee to pay on arrival cash is € 150 - Air conditioning at consumption €0,40 per kwt - Local tourism tax €2 per Person per night to pay upon arrival cash
