The Holiday house can accomodate up to 4 people, the amazing view from the house's windows of Capri Island makes this house relaxing and magical. 

House, 1 dining room/Kitchen with a sofa-French-size bed located in the sitting room, small bathroom.

The property is devided into 3 levels, the wooden stairs allow you to reach the first floor with a beautiful and newly renovated bathroom, some steps more and you are in the double bedroom.

- Final cleaning fee to pay on arrival cash is € 60

- Late arrival after 9:00pm €50 to be paid on arrival

- Local tax € 2 per person per night

- Parking availability at 500mts from the property if requested € 10 per day 

Type of accomodation:

Holiday rentals are properties that vary between apartments, homes and villas. Each are considerate properties self-catering. 

All self-catering properties are fully furnished and supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery, although in some cases you’ll be charged extra for linen or towels as well as for gas and electricity, this varies according to the property and owners requirements. 

A mandatory cleaning fee may apply in the amount specified in the property notes and is payable locally, on arrival. Midweek maid service with daily change of linen and towels if not specified is never included. Even when the tenant must pay the final cleaning costs, the tenant is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed. 

We do not provide coffee and tea facilities, groceries such as water, oil, salt etc. , toiletry ( soap, toilet paper , shampoo ), laundry ( washing machine soap etc. ) this must be arranged previously by the guest or in resort. It is entirely up to the owners discretion to offer certain facilities and welcome gifts.

It Is reccommend to hire a car and park on the main Road ( via nastro d'oro ) depending on availability, in alternative closer to the property in a narrow double road there Is a parking area at a Daily costa of €10 per day ( please advise beforehand if requested ) 

If you dont want to drive in the area, taxies can be arranged beforehand

Public transport Is only via bus service but they are limited during the day
